When you're ready to get serious. Adults and kids. This is gym is raw. This gym is real. Nothing phony or pretentious about this place. Best in OC for boxing and mma training. Trainers are humble and knowledgeable. Kids coaches are amazing.

Good gym. They have various classes to try. Their coaches are also humble and legit. I’ve gone to other gyms and the coaches there could appear “creepy” to the members. I didn’t experience that here, which is good. This is a real sweat and tears gym, where they train and mold fighters (yes, there are kids and many teenagers, young adults), so please don’t expect the gym to look and smell like an Equinox gym. I’ve seen a cleaning crew that comes every night to clean though. If you want a great and real workout, this is a good place to try out. If you want “just a work out” and you are high maintenance, then this gym is probably not for you.
